Our dedicated and professional team are always happy to help with any questions you might have and have been trained in all uses of audio visual and IT equipment to ensure your event or meeting runs smoothly.



Message from the General Manager:

The brief for this project was to create, construct and fit out a venue that would satisfy the demands of the highest level of corporate client. We wanted to build in state of the art Audio Visual and IT equipment and technology to offer a high level of functionality without having to call on third party providers. We wanted to also build in AMX systems to provide individual room controls at the push of a button for ease of operation. To ensure security we requested Smart card access systems so clients could control their own room’s security and digital CCTV in the public areas was specified.

The architects were asked to aim for quality of space and not simply quantity of people when designing the centre. Also important was the maximum use of natural light and Hyde Park views to the rooms and foyer areas. High level sound-proofing was stipulated. To further improve both the sound proofing and aesthetics, an all new awning was requested which would improve the view over the park.

The interior design brief called for high quality finishes to all areas and original art works in the Board room.  The furniture needed to reflect the quality finishes as well as be comfortable, functional and ergonomically designed to facilitate easy changes in room layout and allow for built in technology in the Boardroom table. Even the finishes on the conference room tables were to blend in and complement the overall décor.

In many ways I believe all the people involved in this project have not only realised the vision we had, but surpassed it, and I am confident when I say that the Hyde Park Forum really is “An All New Level of Meetings” in Sydney.
